Is this program beginner friendly?

Yes, the workouts are beginner friendly. The first week is completely bodyweight and goes over proper form and alignment.

What equipment is used?

The first week is completely bodyweight. Occassionally we use a household object like a chair, sturdy coffee table or sofa.

Starting Week 2, we use a resistance mini-band.

Starting Week 4, we use a pair of 5# dumbbells.
